We adore Gina + Camron, and were so excited when we heard they would be visiting from Colorado! We were lucky enough to have photographed their gorgeous Keystone, CO wedding two years ago (geez time flies!). Happy Anniversary, and thanks for trusting us and our crazy ideas, again 😉GCBlog01GCBlog02GCBlog03GCBlog04GCBlog05GCBlog06GCBlog07GCBlog08GCBlog09GCBlog10

We asked Taylor + Alex about their favorite moments from their beautiful Gasparilla Inn wedding. Here is what they had to say:

“We both agree, our first look was definitely one of our favorite moments. It’s funny because we weren’t sure a few weeks before if we wanted to even have one. It seemed at that time, really hard to let go of that classic moment of seeing each other at the altar for the first time. But, for timing’s sake really, we decided to go ahead with the first look and it ended up being one of our best decisions. Having that moment to make each other laugh, hold each other’s hands, and just joke around helped settle the nerves and made us excited to enter into our ceremony. In retrospect, the opportunity to relax in our partner’s presence, to sense the unwavering support, and to joyously share the mutual gratitude of having our best friend at our side before the ceremony was such a refreshing encouragement that we both held on to as we made our commitment with one another and with God”

For Taylor: “Another of my favorite moments was hearing my dad’s toast. My dad, usually the jokester or the king of one-liners, was speaking from the heart and I was definitely on the verge of tears. I thought it was an incredibly sweet compliment that he sees Alex and I as a divine match and I know that as a couple, we will use that encouragement to strengthen our marriage going forward.”

For Alex: “After everyone had been seated, processed down, and Canon in D had begun, the whole world seemed to stop as Taylor walked down the aisle. This was the culmination of the past 6 years of our relationship. Even though I had been with Taylor for already more than a quarter of my life, I knew that this was just the beginning of something incredibly special. I will never forget the pure joy and beauty of that moment.”
